Verbufa Thrombin Unit (VTU)
This specially designed dosing pump is developed in cooperation with Sonac, part of Vion Ingredients.
After frozen Fibrinogen, in flakes, is mixed with the raw material in a tumbler or mixing machine, Thrombin is injected synchronic in-line via the VTM into the Handtmann Vacuum Filling Machine. Due to this an exceptionally accurate en hygienic 2 components partition has come into existence, this results in a perfect adhesion of meat- and fish components.
The system consists of a wheeled unit with the following features:
- Pump unit IP65, including Flow control for accurate dosing.
- Special Handtmann counter arm with injection nozzle.
- Communication and special software including synchronisation with the Handtmann.
- Plugs and cables to the Vacuum Filling Machine.
- Mixing divide filling tube and connection to a clipper.
- Closed frame and covered pump unit including CE 2A.
- One-touch control panel including 9 free product programs.
- Complete device in high-quality stainless steel 316.
- Tank capacity approx. 50 litres.
- Easy cleanable.
- Inject capacity step less driven from 0 up to 60 litres per hour adjustable.
- Inject accuracy +/- 2% of the inject volume.
